What we’re about
The vision of this wellness program is to see students, faculty, staff, and the Clinton community make healthy choices in their daily lives.
The mission of this program is to provide information, resources, and programs which support a healthy culture on campus and in our community. We place spiritual health at the center of what we do. Our focus encompasses social, emotional, physical, and occupational health.
Wellness is an interactive process of becoming aware of and practicing healthy choices to create a more fulfilling and balanced lifestyle.

Where is your office located?
Conveniently located on the campus of Mississippi College in the Kinesiology Department building, Cockroft Hall
Where do I go to get my MicroFit Test?
Come by our office in Cockroft Hall at the designated date and time provided in the email you receive from our lab technician.
How much does fitness testing cost?
It’s free! MicroFit testing is free to Mississippi College students, faculty, staff, and the Clinton, MS community.
I am thankful for what the Wellness Program at Mississippi College does for us. Piper and her staff obviously work very hard. They are quite creative too. Stay the course; keep doing what you’re doing.

I have loved having free classes for students this semester. Kickboxing at night was great for me! I am in nursing school so a gym membership isn’t worth it for me. But when I can workout – a free class is awesome!Hartley S.
